Job Description

You will lead large-scale training for enterprise grade software engineering LLMs, focusing on supervised fine tuning and reinforcement learning. By scaling training on multi node GPU clusters, you'll push the boundaries of how models read, modify, and reason about complex codebases. This role bridges the gap between deep learning research and practical, production ready engineering agents.

What you will do

• Design and execute large scale SFT and RL training pipelines to align LLMs with software engineering objectives.
• Implement and optimize distributed training primitives using PyTorch, FSDP, and custom dataloaders for complex code datasets.
• Develop novel reward functions and evaluation suites based on real world code execution, tests, and static analysis.

The ideal candidate

• Deep proficiency in PyTorch and distributed training at scale (e.g., DDP, FSDP, and NCCL debugging).
• Proven experience training large language models ( 70B parameters) and implementing RL algorithms like PPO or GRPO.
• Strong software engineering foundations with the ability to write production grade Python and debug distributed systems.
