Salary - Permanent, Full Time - Monday - Friday (36 hours per week) - £26,000 - £27,475 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role

Join our friendly and supportive Management Information Systems (MIS) team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of learner data and enrolment services across the College. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. You will support learners throughout their enrolment journey, maintaining accurate learner records, processing enrolments and changes, and ensuring compliance across a range of funding streams. Working closely with colleagues across MIS, Exams and Customer Services you will investigate and resolve data queries, contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes and help deliver an efficient, high-quality service that supports both staff and students. About You
  • IT literacy with a high level of accuracy & numeracy.
  • Maths and English qualifications at minimum level 2, or commitment to achieve these within a specified time period.
  • Experience of working in a data entry/ data compliance role.
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
