Minor Works Project Coordinator

The University of Warwick's Estates team seeks an experienced administrator to support Minor Works projects, handling costing, procurement, and documentation for small refurbishments and space moves in line with university standards.

You will manage directly employed labour, schedule maintenance tasks, oversee contractors, and help develop procedures within the Estates Maintenance Strategy to ensure safety and compliance.
