Introduction

• Prepare and restock minibar trolleys, check rooms (including unoccupied), refill drinks and amenities, and maintain cleanliness.

• Wash and polish glasses, update minibar lists, and ensure trolleys are tidy and ready for the next day.

• Weekly: Refill office coffee, sugar, and cream; monitor minibar storage and prepare orders if needed.

• Assist with laundry: collect and sort laundry orders, prepare and label floor carts.

Your tasks

• Central staff accommodation in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch

• Special staff, family & friends room rates and various discounts (for example, in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels)

• Fitness room available for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt

• Access to our pool area during designated staff swimming hours

• Through a development program, you have access to various training courses, such as those offered by Ritzy

• Discounts on seasonal or annual ski lift passes with the Zermatt resident card

• For employees who cannot or do not wish to work both the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we offer support in finding complementary positions through our partner hotels
