What You'll Be Doing as Sales Executive

• Selling success - Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities - Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
• Building connections - Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Following up leads - Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
• Sealing the deal - Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
• Delivering excellence - Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.

Your profile

• Experience in car sales or a similar customer-focused sales role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Confidence, motivation, and a hunger to succeed.
• Ability to work as part of a talented, driven team.
