Mill Operator: 4-on 4-off Shifts with Growth & Training

Recruit4staff is representing an established animal feed manufacturing business seeking a Mill Operative in Oswestry. The role involves operating production machinery, assisting with mixing and weighing ingredients in a busy facility, and maintaining hygiene to prevent cross-contamination.

You will work a 4 on 4 off pattern (2 days, 2 nights) from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, with on the job training and clear progression after probation.
