Migration Strategy & Cutover Lead

EML is seeking a Migration Programme Lead to define and deliver the end-to-end migration strategy for transitioning clients onto EML's Arlo platform. This role requires senior experience in large-scale migrations in the payments sector and accountability for migration safety and execution.
