MIG Welder & Fabricator - Custom Wear-Plate Fabrication

Laborup in Birmingham, AL is hiring MIG Welders for our custom steel fabrication shop. You will fit and weld parts from production drawings using AWS welding symbols, working with abrasion- and impact-resistant steel plates and structural steel.

This role involves MIG, FCAW, and SMAW welding, torch work with mixed-gas and plasma torches, beveling, labeling, and rigging with forklifts and overhead cranes. You'll join a hands-on team dedicated to quality and safety.
