Midlands Home Delivery Operations Lead

The Cotswold Company is seeking a Depot Manager to run our Midlands home delivery operation, leading drivers, warehouse staff and shift supervisors. You will ensure safe, compliant operations, manage costs and drive consistent, high-quality deliveries that reflect our premium furniture brand.

With proven depot management experience and a CPC, you'll plan routes, monitor KPIs and coach a team focused on service excellence. A strong IT capability and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
