Minimum Qualifications
  • CPR/AED Certification required
  • First Aid Certification preferred
  • CAP Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Volleyball
  • Ability to effectively foster improvement of student-athletes as Volleyball athletes
  • Volleyball coaching experience preferred
  • Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy
Essential Functions
  • Plan, organize and facilitate practices
  • Oversee and manage game play
  • Assist players in developing volleyball fundamental skills
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
  • Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program
