Your Role as a Midday Meals Supervisor:

As a Midday Meals Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring pupils have a safe and positive lunchtime experience. The successful Midday Meals Supervisor will supervise children in the dining hall and playground, promoting good behaviour and encouraging positive social interaction.

The Midday Meals Supervisor will:

• Supervise pupils during lunch service
• Support children with healthy eating habits
• Encourage positive behaviour and safe play
• Respond to minor incidents and report concerns appropriately

This Midday Meals Supervisor role would suit someone calm, observant and confident managing groups of primary-aged children.

We're Looking For in a Midday Meals Supervisor:

• Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
• Strong communication skills
• A patient and approachable manner
• Reliability and punctuality
