Mid-Market CSM: Drive Retention & Expansion in AI/YOLO

Ultralytics, based in Greater London, is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 80 mid-market accounts generating $2M ARR. You will hold renewal conversations and identify growth opportunities, working closely with account executives and other departments.
