Mid-level Knitwear Designer

We have a new opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Mid Level Knitwear Designer to support the development of trend led, high volume ranges for highstreet accounts. Working closely with the Senior Designer and offshore manufacturers in South Asia, you'll help deliver knitwear that balances style, quality, and price.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop seasonal knitwear ranges from brief to sample.
• Create CADs, tech packs, and detailed specifications.
• Translate trend research into commercially strong product.
• Liaise with Bangladesh factories to ensure accurate sampling.
• Conduct initial fit sessions and support buyer presentations.
• Collaborate with technical and account teams to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-6 years' womenswear knitwear experience.
• Strong knowledge of yarns, stitches, and knit construction.
• Confident using Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Commercially aware with offshore supplier experience preferred.
• Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator.
