Microsoft Professional Services Engineer - Contract

Microsoft Professional Services Engineer with extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune, Autopilot and associated technologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the creation, configuration, migration, and management of Azure & M365 environments, along with implementing and optimizing collaboration solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate must be capable of working on own initiative and within a team and must have 5+ years' experience in a senior implementation position.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Participate in various types of projects, including migrations from on-premises to Azure, email migrations, M365, migrations and troubleshooting
• Design and implement Azure architecture solutions, Migration to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members to ensure the successful delivery of scoped projects
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in all interactions, solution design and implementation.
• Strong English technical writing and communications skills in solutions design documentation, scope of work, technical presentation, etc.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture in a senior engineer role
• Experience with multiple migrations from on-premises infrastructure to Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 Applications and Services, email migrations, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Solid knowledge of Backup and DR solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English written and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Microsoft certifications: Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications are preferred.

Hybrid working environment (office & home) with the ability to travel to client sites as project requirements dictates.
