Position Title: Microsoft Operations Manager
Reports to (POSITION): Microsoft Operations Manager
Team: Microsoft Enterprise Operations
Department: Microsoft Operations
PURPOSE OF JOBTo lead the Microsoft Enterprise Operations team and work alongside them in order to ensure that all duties within team are carried out to schedule, with accuracy and meeting internal SLAs. To work with the Microsoft Operations Manager to further develop team members, create operational efficiencies and bring new projects to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- To ensure workload of team is evenly distributed and all tasks are completed on time.
- To ensure workload is covered when team members are absent through holidays or sickness.
- To act as a 1 st point of escalation for team and provide motivation as well as identify training needs of team members
- Maintain relationships with other key BSS Departments - inc. relevant meeting attendance.
- Work closely with MS Operations Manager
- Continuous business analysis of the various Enterprise programme processes ensuring the business is working efficiently.
- Understand programme and operational changes to Microsoft Enterprise programme and assist in implementing processes to manage them
- Provide internal support on Microsoft Enterprise process and operational queries.
- To train new members of team.
- To perform individual PDPs and 1-2-1s
- To establish and maintain training trackers for individuals alongside updated training materials.
- Co-ordinate Sales Support/Account Dept/Purchasing Dept shadowing for team members.
- To help develop new procedures and guidelines where necessary.
- To ensure all deadlines are met, daily close downs & end of month

Educational Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE Level with grade 5 or higher in Maths and English
Professional Qualifications
- MLSS and MLSE exams
Years of Experience
- 4 plus years
Other Requirements
- To be office based at HQ 3 days a week
