Microsoft 365 Engineers/Architects Microsoft 365 Azure Virtual Desktop - Intune - Software packaging Zurich - Bern. German Fluent. Contract/freelance and/or Permanent or contract to permanent/full time!

Zurich or Bern; this is a consulting role ie you go to the customer, you support them, hold their hands, become a trusted advisor and so on, some travel is required - as is some home working.

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will support our clients from concept to implementation of a modern collaborative work culture.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure user and business needs from governance definition to implementation of services within Office 365, including:
• Microsoft Endpoint
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Exchange Online
• Migration concepts and execution
• Anticipate user needs by driving innovation through the development and execution of a consistent Office 365 roadmap
• Act as a technical point of contact for our customers and support our Managed Services as a 3rd-level engineer
• Document processes and procedures and assist in defining standards
• Perform scheduled maintenance during and outside business hours
• Provide technical support to our sales team
• Conduct consulting and solution design
• Facilitate client workshops
• Strong technical skills, especially in:
• Microsoft 365
• Azure Virtual Desktop
• Intune
• Software packaging
• Other Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience is a strong asset
• Broad IT knowledge in infrastructure and networking (more of a generalist than a specialist)
