Micro Fulfillment Centre Site Lead - Ops & Growth

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader for our Manchester Micro Fulfilment Centre to drive high-velocity order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and team performance.

You will recruit and develop supervisors and associates, own P&L, implement safety standards, and use data analytics to optimise KPIs across fulfilment and delivery.

This role requires weekend and late shift flexibility, travel as needed, and a passion for retail logistics in a fast-growing tech-enabled company.
