Metrology Coordinator and Product Release

By a historic company in Geneva and active in metrology and product by a historic company in Geneva and active in the field of aeronautics and energy, we are looking for a permanent position as a metrology and product metrology (M/F). DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: Reporting directly to the Quality System X manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of the company's metrological park, as well as the final product cell of the aeronautical activity of the product cell (DPRV): • Ensure that the workload plan is respected • Supervise all DPRV activities • Pilot the performance KPIs of DPRV and oversee the associated axes. Management of standards and regulations: • Ensure compliance with specific standards and requirements of our clients to maintain the conformity of our processes • Ensure the site's compliance by monitoring regulatory developments. Assist process managers in managing their service according to the requirements: • Conduct X system audits to detect failures in our Quality System X • Address discrepancies with stakeholders to support the company in a constant continuous improvement approach. Management of the metrological park: • Ensure the availability and proper functioning of measuring devices • Pilot the performance KPIs of metrology • Be the point of reference for production to resolve issues related to measuring devices (breakdowns, calibration, quotes, ) • Optimize the management of the measuring equipment park • Ensure compliance with metrology standards to ensure timely management according to requirements. Bachelor or BAC +2/3 or equivalent RNCP in Quality, continuous improvement and/or experience in a similar position >3 years • Knowledge of standards (ISO, EN, NADCAP, etc.) is a plus • Quality/field experience as a quality auditor is a plus. jid3509cb1aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
