Methods Manager

For one of our clients, the OKJOB agency in Delémont is looking for a Method Manager M/F. Position: Method Manager M/F Engineer HES/EPF or ES technician in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or microtechnology Minimum 5 years of experience in a methods function in an industrial environment Excellent mastery of SolidWorks (design of tools and mechanical components) Very good knowledge of functionality (GPS) and reading plans Good mastery of an industrial ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX = understanding of processes such as injection, machining, experience in project management with QCD tracking) Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the activities of the methods technical office - Optimize processes, operation sequences, and standard times - Define and maintain work instructions, adjustment sheets, and technical documents - Provide technical support to production teams - Analyze the technical feasibility and robustness of existing processes (capabilities, reliability, performance) - Supervise and organize technical trials (grinding, process tests, internal) - Manage cost estimates, define processes, and analyze production costs - Actively contribute to continuous improvement (efficiencies, flows, quality, productivity) - Propose innovative technical solutions through active technological watch - Design and model in 3D tools, molds, and specific devices using SolidWorks - Ensure the updating and consistency of technical data (ERP AX, PLM) jid31ca175aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
