Job Description
Overview 
- IBM WebSphere Message Broker v6 and later administration
- IBM WebSphere Message Broker v6 and later development skills
- IBM WMQ v6 and later administration
- Database skills - Oracle 10g and later and DB2
- Knowledge of AIX and Linux operating systems
- Overview knowledge of Mainframe
- Knowledge of Clearquest and Clearcase
- Experience of technical and operational processes used to deploy, support and maintain a Message Broker environment.
- Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources, allowing the provision of highly effective solutions in complex environments.
- Strong quality and service focus.
- Experience of delivering complex projects and / or incident recoveries.
- Experience of operating in a service delivery environment with good understanding of frameworks and processes.
- Proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to implement effective business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter who can prioritise own workloads.
- IBM Certified Solution Developer - WebSphere Message Broker Certification
- IBM Certified WebSphere Message Broker - Administration Certification
