Salary: £36,340.20 per annum plus bonus opportunities. Hours per week: 45 full time.

About youAs a Venue Manager you will:
- Maximise sales through marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
- Manage the venue's performance and profitability.
- Management experience within retail, hospitality or gambling sector.
- Experience with management reporting, budgeting and profit & loss reports.
- Experience creating staff rosters and administering staff management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to budgeted targets.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts (if venue is a 24 hour operation).
- Understanding of budgeting and profit & loss reporting.
- Ability to manage and resolve staff performance and misconduct.
- Experience in developing a team and delivering training.

- Champion company standards and best practice within the venue.
- Deliver marketing, promotional activities and events correctly.
- Maintain physical and personal security, and control cash/assets with minimised risk of loss.
- Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining relationships with regular customers.
- Operate in accordance with the Gambling Commission Consumer Protection Act (LCCP).
- Develop and train your team according to company policies and product launches.
- Ensure staff are properly managed, and address poor performance or misconduct in a timely manner.
- Recruit and train new team members.Stay aware of market and competitor trends.
- Ensure cash collections are carried out in compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor and analyse machine income levels, and achieve KPIs and audits.
- Adhere to health and safety practices and procedures, ensuring the venue operates safely.
- Complete all administration tasks on time and to standard.
- Actively manage and promote safeguarding and social responsibility measures.
- Respond positively and appropriately to all customer feedback and enquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and enforce dress code.
- Discourage harassment, bullying, victimisation or discrimination of any kind against employees, managers or customers.
