Merchant Onboarding & Integration Lead

Swap is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Manager to guide merchants through full implementation, from discovery to launch, coordinating with ecommerce, operations and technical teams. You will configure the Swap platform, manage integration challenges, and ensure a smooth path to value for merchants.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in technical onboarding, strong API knowledge, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
