About the Role:We're partnering with a rapidly growing online homewares brand based in Manchester to find a talented Merchandiser to join their team.

You'll be joining a fast-paced, hands on environment where no two days look the same. This role suits someone who thrives on pace, enjoys rolling their sleeves up, and wants real ownership and visibility within a growing brand.
The Role:As Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in driving the trading performance of your category, working closely with Buying, Planning, and the wider commercial team to maximise sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:- Managing intake, stock flow and availability across your product categories, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time
- Building and maintaining accurate sales, stock and intake plans in line with commercial targets
- Analysing weekly and seasonal trade, identifying opportunities and risks, and recommending action
- Working closely with the Head of Merchandising and Buying team to inform range planning and future strategy
- Managing markdown and promotional planning to optimise stock and margin
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end product flow
- Producing clear, accurate reporting to support trading decisions across the business
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser (or strong experience as a Junior Merchandiser ready for the next step)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear commercial actions
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
- A proactive, hands on approach - comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships across buying, planning and the wider business
- Advanced Excel skills
