MEPH Commercial Director - London Major Project Lead

Balfour Beatty in London is seeking a permanent MEPH Commercial Director to lead the commercial delivery for the Old Oak Common station project. This senior role directs a commercial team across major MEP, procurement and subcontract coordination on a high-value scheme.

You will set commercial direction, manage budgets and forecasts, oversee notices, payments and final accounts, and drive tender assessment and subcontract awards while safeguarding performance against NEC contractual obligations.
