MEP Manager

We have an immediate requirement for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Manager to work on a major LU station upgrade. This is with a well-renowned main contractor on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the project is the design and construction of a major LU and Network Rail station including step-free access works, new footbridges, fit out, ticket line improvements and associated civils works. The project is underway and due to complete in Q1 of 2020.

Reporting to the Project Director, the core duties will include:

• Overseeing all MEP activities on site
• Management of the MEP supply chain including procurement and subcontractor management
• Planning upcoming works on short term programmes
• Providing support to the Planning Manager for the project programme

We are looking for a candidate to start asap to replace the previous incumbent.

Candidates should have PTS, CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS.

We are seeking PERM candidates only at this time.

Salary depends on skills/experience; package includes car/allowance + contributory pension and healthcare.
