MEP Lead

Due to continued expansion, we are hiring an MEP Lead for Dublin-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

As the MEP Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the full electrical and mechanical scope of works on a major residential project in Dublin. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of all MEP activities, driving performance across safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Relevant third-level degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade Qualification
• 10+ years' postqualification experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager running large projects, particularly residential and commercial projects
• Preferably experience progressing through the ranks with a main building contractor
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
