Unknown Company seeks amazing, experienced support workers and carers to join our Mental Health team. Great pay rates, unsocial hours payments, mileage pay, 5 weeks' paid holiday, paid breaks and full pay for the whole shift - no gaps.
Rolling rota with every other weekend off, 24-hour support from managers, nurses and team lead. Tons of funded training and development, staff wellbeing events and regular meetings.
