BUCS is seeking a Men's Rugby Performance Coach in Guildford to lead the delivery and development of a first-team programme, aligned to Team Surrey's strategic plan. The role collaborates with partners including the University of Surrey and Harlequins to extend the men's game and replicate success in women's rugby.

The successful candidate will lead training, talent ID, recruitment, and development plans, while upholding strong ethical standards and working within a multi-disciplinary team.
