Job Description

Maison Estelle is recruiting a Membership Manager to shape and grow our exclusive member community across Estelle venues. You will lead the Membership team, collaborating with the Head of Membership to drive growth, retention and engagement while maintaining the high standards our members expect.

You will oversee the member journey from application to renewal, build strong relationships with members and act as a senior ambassador for the club.
