This role is based in Maslow's Support Centre, Fitzrovia, with usual office hours of 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.

Your new role

Reporting to the Membership Experience Manager, as Membership Coordinator you will be the go-to person for the membership team and members for all administrative support. Integral to the role is a good understanding of all details related to all membership products, processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have Front of House/Reception/Admin support experience within a hospitality environment and be proficient with Office 365 - particularly Excel/Outlook. In addition:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to balance several different tasks simultaneously in order to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Nexudus CRM and/or Hubspot CRM is desirable yet not essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Consistently update and manage the CRM and other internal systems (Nexudus, Essensys, Hubspot, Gallagher, Doorflow, One Drive).
  • Process all application forms & prepare welcome packs for new members.
  • Manage all renewals according to the agreed procedures.
  • Liaise with the finance team on all member-related invoicing, payment and refund processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate all Study moves with the House teams to ensure they have the specified requirements for each move.
  • Responsible for all digital and paper filing associated with Membership.
  • Account management of existing members.
  • Support the Membership Experience Manager with administrative tasks, systems setup, and process alignment for Maslow's existing and future locations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows to improve member satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Alongside key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks, as and when necessary and reasonable required in line with business needs.
  • Act as an ambassador for Maslow's always.
