Member Relationship Lead

As a Member Relationship Lead, you'll build and sustain trusted relationships with members and their supporters throughout their time with Good Company. You'll play a pivotal role in helping our members to connect with people, opportunities and support, enabling them to continue living the life they choose for longer.

This is a relationship-led role. You'll be a consistent presence for members. You will take the time to get to know them and help them build on their strengths, make informed choices and discover what's possible through Good Company and their wider community.

You will work closely with colleagues and volunteers, helping to ensure that every member has someone who genuinely knows them and understands what matters to them.
