Responsibilities

• Stationed in various Food & Beverage areas across the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met.
• Keep up to date with pricing and promotions to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional guestservice.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
