Je beoordeelt zelfstandig hypotheekdossiers en zorgt voor een zorgvuldig acceptatieproces. Je analyseert complexere inkomenssituaties en afwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar een goed onderbouwd acceptatiebesluit.
Jouw werkzaamheden:
- Je beoordeelt zelfstandig hypotheekaanvragen.
- Je analyseert complexere inkomenssituaties en beoordeelt afwijkingen binnen de geldende acceptatiekaders.
- Je schakelt met hypotheekadviseurs om dossiers compleet en beoordeelbaar te maken.
- Je communiceert duidelijk over de status en uitkomst van hypotheekaanvragen.
