Medical Negligence Senior Solicitor (6+ years') - Edinburgh

A leading Scottish litigation team recognised for its expertise in clinical negligence, historic abuse and professional discipline claims is now seeking a Senior Solicitor (6+ years') to join it's team in Edinburgh. The team is known for handling complex, high-value and sensitive litigation and for being at the forefront of developments in this evolving area of law.

The Role:

• Managing a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and abuse litigation
• Leading on complex, sensitive and high-value claims
• Advising clients throughout the litigation process
• Working closely with colleagues in a collaborative, supportive team
• Contributing to the continued growth of the practice

The role offers a high level of responsibility alongside flexible and modern working arrangements.

About You:

• A Scottish or dual qualified (E&W) Solicitor with at least 6+ years' PQE
• Have strong experience in litigation or dispute resolution
• Have a background in personal injury (clinical negligence or abuse experience is advantageous)
• Be confident in managing complex cases and client relationships
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
