Medical Administration Lead - Operations & KPI Focus

NHS Hereford is seeking an Administration Manager in the Medical Division. This full-time role (with consideration for part-time hours) requires excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and involves daily interaction with staff at all levels including senior management and clinicians.

The post holder will manage Administrative Teams, strive to meet KPIs, support Service Unit objectives, and provide meeting administration including agendas, minutes and action follow-ups.
