• Acting as a consistent and inspiring Media Studies Teacher role model
• Managing behaviour in a calm and structured way

• Experience working as a Media Studies Teacher or similar role
• Background in media, film, digital production, or creative arts
• Experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour (desirable)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for supporting young people in West Drayton
