Job Description
Responsibilities
  1. Media Strategy Formulation: develop comprehensive media plans by analyzing market trends and aligning with corporate objectives; design budget frameworks balancing brand building and sales conversion goals to enhance marketing precision and business growth.
  2. Cross Channel Media Integration: curate and synchronize digital and traditional media resources; create integrated marketing approaches tailored to campaigns while exploring innovative formats and partnerships to maximize resource impact.
  3. Influencer Collaboration Management: identify and partner with KOLs/KOCs through targeted selection aligned with campaign goals; manage end to end partnerships from strategy to execution, expanding networks to achieve performance targets.
  4. Ad Placement & Optimization: implement tracking systems to monitor reach, engagement, and conversion metrics; conduct data driven optimizations for cost efficiency and develop improvement plans to elevate media performance.
  5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: research industry trends to innovate partnership models and strategies; refine processes and skills through learning initiatives to drive personal and business growth.
