The Role

We're looking for a Media Operations Manager to own the day-to-day management of our paid media activity across a fast-moving, cross platform portfolio. Working as part of a wider paid media team and closely integrated with teams across the business, you'll drive digital advertising campaigns from household name brands. From Google and YouTube to Meta, TikTok, and Amazon, you'll plan, optimise, and report on campaigns that reach families around the world. If you're a hands on paid media operator who loves turning data into decisions, building solutions, and thrives on juggling multiple campaigns at once, this role offers the chance to shape the global advertising operations of the world's largest YouTube publisher.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, optimise, and report across all paid media activity, including Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.
  • Juggle multiple concurrent campaigns while keeping internal stakeholders clearly and consistently updated.
  • Manage budgets end-to-end, including forecasting, reconciliation, and reallocation.
  • Use data to reinforce decision making and insights for our clients, arriving at clear, actionable recommendations that continuously evolve our digital advertising discipline.
  • Track industry trends and their implications - including ad buying, new ad products, brand safety, and adapt activity accordingly.
  • Identify and build leaner, faster operating practices along with new tools to consistently raise the bar of excellence across the team.
  • Contribute to the company's broader Global strategic story in partnership with other teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience running YouTube Partner Sales campaigns in Google Ad Manager and biddable campaigns across Google Ads - YouTube advertising in particular - with strong command of trafficking and analytics workflows.
  • At least 1-2 years running Facebook and TikTok ads: setting up and optimising brand awareness, traffic, and conversion campaigns, implementing pixel tracking, and building custom audience segments.
  • Relevant experience creating media plans and RFPs for digital video paid media campaigns.
  • Deliver excellent client service - leading campaigns from brief to execution and creating polished post campaign presentations.
  • Support our Global Sales team as an advisory, planning, and execution arm for all things paid media.
  • Experience across Amazon, Spotify, DSPs, and Shopify encouraged, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising principles (including SEM), attribution methods, and customer journey analysis - spanning web analytics, reach and frequency, and ad engagement quality metrics.
  • Comfortable with data dashboard tools and ingesting data from multiple ad platforms.
  • Confident reporting performance via email, Excel, Tableau, or Data Studio in a client friendly, detail oriented manner.
  • Able to run your own accounts with strategic thinking and financial responsibility.
  • A collaborator and leader that brings their distinct point of view to the table in every discussion.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to deliver their paid media campaigns, regularly feeding back on creative, sharing best practices, and measuring campaign deliverability.
