Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that are aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
• Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
• Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance student readiness for the job market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant Media subject (e.g., Film, Television, Animation, Digital Media).
• Experience in teaching in further education (FE) is a distinct advantage.
• Teaching qualifications are preferred, or a willingness to work towards obtaining one with our support.
• Recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
