Purpose of the Role:

As the iconic flip-flop brand continues to grow, your mission will be to ensure our campaigns deliver maximum impact across Social Media, Amazon, and Zalando - connecting audiences with the spirit of summer all year round.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital media campaigns across Meta and TikTok with a mix of brand and performance KPIs (reach, frequency, traffic, ROAS)
  • Oversee e-retailer media investments on Amazon Ads and Zalando ZMS, in sync with our B2B sales teams' targets
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations with media agencies (brand, performance, Amazon, Zalando)
  • Act as the bridge between media, sales, content, and e-commerce, ensuring seamless execution
  • Lead weekly meetings with Amazon, Zalando, global media teams, and e-commerce partners
  • Ensure the delivery of creative assets, campaign naming conventions, and tracking setup (Google Analytics)
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly campaign reports with insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with global HQ to align on yearly planning, audience strategies, and reporting standards


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in digital media buying, planning or coordination
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and/or Zalando ZMS is a big plus
  • Strong analytical skills: able to connect media KPIs to business impact
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management across multiple teams
  • Native-level English (written & spoken) is a must
  • A natural team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
