In collaboration with the management team, you will define and implement the media strategy in line with the missions and objectives of the General Hospice. You will ensure relationships with the media, support departments in their communication efforts, and participate in the development of the institutional communications policy with the general management and the activities team.You will handle media requests by collecting, validating and compiling necessary information, ensuring the coherence of institutional messages; you will organize and coordinate interviews, reports and press conferences, according to current events and topics to highlight; you will develop and maintain a network of journalists and contribute to increasing the visibility of the General Hospice in the media; you will advise the general management and the institution's departments on their public statements and positioning, drafting messaging elements, arguments and speeches; you will design, produce and evolve institutional communication materials for which you are responsible (annual report, management updates, institutional content for the website, etc.); you will contribute to the institutional communication policy with the communication department and general management; you will work closely with communication officers to design and implement internal and external projects, and ensure their success.Profile: You hold a master's degree (or equivalent) in communication or journalism. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role or in a field such as media or communication.
