Mechanisms Engineering Lead - Space Systems

SSTL is seeking a Mechanisms Functional Manager in Guildford to lead the mechanisms function and oversee delivery of complex electro mechanical projects. You will work with Mechanisms Experts and Project Managers to ensure quality, schedule adherence and cost controls across current and future mechanisms work.

You will guide design policies, mentor engineers and ensure that performance indicators and risk reviews are used to drive continuous improvement within the team.
