Copius Group is recruiting for Mechanical Supervisor Jobs London on a major heavy industrial construction project. We are hiring two Mechanical Supervisors with strong leadership skills and a background in power stations, oil & gas, steelworks, or similar industries. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee a crew of more than 20 tradespeople, including fitters, welders, and foremen. You will play a key role in ensuring site safety, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the project on schedule. • Lead and manage daily work for a team of 20+ tradespeople

• Plan and allocate workloads effectively

• Ensure materials are ready at the work front

• Identify and resolve progress issues quickly

• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics

• Attend site meetings and support project scheduling

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in heavy industry

• Strong leadership and clear communication skills

• Ability to read technical drawings and manage schedules

• Experience in power stations, oil & gas, or industrial construction
