Mechanical Supervisor (Contractor attached to AMP8 Bournemouth Water Framework)

Role: Mechanical AP/Supervisor

Location: Bournemouth

Rate: 450p/d (Inside IR35/Umbrella PAYE)

Duration: 18 months+

Sector: Water

A leading Water/Wastewater contractor, currently engaged in substantial capital delivery projects for Bournemotuh Water, is seeking an experienced Mechanical AP to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Oversee workers and subcontractors, ensuring high standards and adherence to project timelines.
• Technical Oversight: Involved in pipework fabrication, welding, inspection, and pipeline snagging works.
• Documentation: Review and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs).
• Collaboration: Work closely with Site and Project Managers to meet key deliverables and project goals.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in the Water/Wastewater or Energy sectors (Or similar industries)
• Previous roles with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
• Strong understanding of P&ID's (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and GA (General Arrangement) drawings.
