Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager - Dublin Mechanical Project Manager required for one of Ireland's Leading Contractors for large-scale Commercial & Industrial Projects. Duties

• Coordinate with key project stakeholders including client design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to agree scope of works and deliver project and shareholder requirements
• Manage all phases of the Mechanical Services project lifecycle from pre construction and planning through construction, testing, and commissioning
• Review and coordinate design and construction drawings
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, change control procedures, and safety standards
• Attend site regularly to monitor quality, safety, procurement, and progress against project targets
• Manage project financials on an ongoing basis
• Provide guidance to ensure site activities comply with all relevant standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Degree Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar role
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment essential
• Good Leadership Skills to motivate and direct a team
• Must be currently based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
