Mechanical Mobile Maintenance Engineer - 40K - Reading

I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is seeking a Mechanical bias multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team in the Reading / Swindon area.

The successful candidate will provide planned maintenance, servicing, and repair to a wide range of Mechanical & building services equipment.

The ideal candidate would be based in or around Swindon or the M4 corridor to Reading. Sites are located in Reading, Oxford, Gloucester, and Witney.

Since launching in 2002, the company has grown significantly and offers building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions, and capital projects throughout the UK. They primarily work with retail, mixed-use developments, hotels, leisure, and commercial multi-tenanted office spaces.

The role involves maintenance and breakdown services for electrical/mechanical units for various commercial clients, including:

• Mechanical & building services maintenance, servicing, and repair works
• DB tightness tests and water treatment management
• Pumps and motors
• AHUs & HVAC maintenance
• Plumbing & heating works, including district heating systems

This role is based on a 40-hour week. The ideal candidate should hold plumbing or heating and ventilation qualifications or equivalent.

• £40,000 basic salary
