We're recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Plumbing Maintenance Technician to support a busy commercial site in the Thames Valley. This is a 3-month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Duties:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults across boilers, air con units, fan coils, and drainage systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards.
• Record maintenance activity and liaise with on-site teams and contractors.

What You'll Need:

• Strong background in commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC systems and fault-finding.
• Relevant trade qualifications (Plumbing/Mechanical).
• Good communication and a proactive approach.
