Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Fulham - £45,000

Salary: £45,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company in Fulham. Our client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a Commercial Building. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, and the chance to work at a flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.

The successful candidate must be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications and experience in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities include carrying out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single-site basis, managing all landlord services. As the sole engineer on site, you should have hands-on experience with the following:

• Daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
• Emergency callouts
• Monitoring mechanical plant, pumps, motors, seals, bearings
• Air conditioning systems - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Water treatment (temperature checks, not dosing)
• Plumbing - unblocking toilets, replacing taps and washers
• Monitoring BMS systems
• Basic electrical duties (lamp changes)
• General building fabric maintenance
• Supervising specialist sub-contractors

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
• Experience in Commercial Building Maintenance
