What you'll do:

• Design and iterate 3D CAD models for components and assemblies, balancing function and manufacturability.
• Produce clear technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing, inspection, and assembly.
• Contribute to design reviews and support rapid prototyping and early-stage development.
• Maintain organized version control within PLM/CAD systems and collaborate across teams.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Mechanical or Product Design Engineering (2:1 minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) with knowledge of technical drawings/GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into practical solutions.
• Adaptable, organized, and eager to get hands-on with manufacturing.
• Excellent communicator and team player.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with metal additive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of DFMA principles and design validation techniques.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and additional CAD tools (Rhino, Siemens NX, etc.).
• Exposure to aerospace, automotive, or electronics industries.
