Overview: A highly reputable, employee-owned mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee residential projects across Kent and South East London. Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple mechanical contracts, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.

• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets and profitability are consistently achieved.

• Coordinate resources, labour, and procurement to maximize efficiency.

• Oversee quality assurance, maintaining compliance with all industry regulations and standards.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Uphold stringent health & safety standards across all projects.

• Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance overall performance.

• Plumbing (Domestic and commercial)

• Heating (Domestic and commercial)

• Wet/Dry risers

• Sprinklers (Residential and commercial)

• Domestic and Commercial gas

• Air source heat pumps

• Ground source heat pumps

• Domestic and Commercial oil boilers and heating systems

• Heat interface units

• Gas/LPG/Oil

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager, specifically within residential developments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, installation standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong commercial and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets effectively.

• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.

• Full UK driving licence (Company car provided).
