Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience) + Company Car

Overview: A highly reputable, employee-owned mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee residential projects across Kent and South East London. Known for excellence and reliable delivery, the company manages prestigious projects up to £12 million and prides itself on promoting professional growth within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple mechanical contracts, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets and profitability are consistently achieved.
Coordinate resources, labour, and procurement to maximize efficiency.
Oversee quality assurance, maintaining compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Uphold stringent health & safety standards across all projects.
Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance overall performance.

Plumbing (Domestic and commercial)
Heating (Domestic and commercial)

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager, specifically within residential developments.
Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, installation standards, and regulatory compliance.
Strong commercial and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
Full UK driving licence (Company car provided).
